Truth Bomb by OVD : The California Recall election and what Newsome should do today

 Hey Everyone,

  If you haven't heard yet California is having a Governor's recall election. It's on Sept 14th. The rules are Newsome must get 51% or he's out and if he's out the next highest candidate wins. this is a stupid system as we might get stuck with an idiot Nazi republican with only 23% of the vote.


   The other issue is Diane Feinstein is ill and may die(she's as old as dirt). She's the senior Senator and would be have to be replaced if she doesn't make it. That means the republicans could get the Senate back with 51 Senators if lets say Newsome fails and Elder wins. This is an issue they are both using to run(Newsome and Elder). This being an off year election gives Elder an even better chance to screw up both our State and or Nation. 

  Also Newsome is an asshole...not liked by many(I don't like him either as he's a sell out to Corporations over people). So a lot of folks won't bother voting as they don't like him either. This is what republicans are counting on. 

  So what could stop this....? well easy, Feinstein should resign today and Newsome should already have a replacement picked and replace her before the recall election. A) this avoids the republican getting the Senate 100% and legally and B) some of us that weren't voting might take this as Newsome doing a good job and actually vote. This is a really easy fix and if they don't do it...they deserve to lose. The problem is we all lose. This is why I hate the two party system. If there was a candidate that actually represented the people from a third party we'd have a reason to vote. 

  If Newsome does replace Feinstein in time I might re-register(The Democrats took me off the voting rolls twice now for voting for Bernie Sanders...yes just as corrupt as the republicans) and vote. But if they try and pressure us to vote...by not doing it...I will stay home. Fuck them. Also we need to recall Elder the second he wins. No one but a small group of Nazis want him. He'll be easy to recall. Just my 2 cents.

 Hey Everyone,   So the war in Ukraine has been bloody but not much has happened the last month in regards to land controlled by either side. The HIMARS are doing serious damage to Russian command and supplies and they only have 4 of them. The Russians said they took them out but that has been proven to be a lie. The only reason Ukraine isn't dominating and taking their land back is the west isn't supplying enough. It's obvious the west IS considering this a Proxy war. That means their goal is to bleed Russia by keeping the war going. This is why the Ukrainians are not getting enough support. I warned of this but now it's clear that it is the case now.    There is talk of giving them 30 HIMARS and F-15's, F-16's, F-18's(Hornets are used by the USMC like the A-10's) and A-10's.  Hey Everyone,   So I'm in a bad place and see no reason to continue. I live in constant agonizing pain. I go hungry every month. I worry about going homeless and looks like that what's about to happen. The VA isn't even taking claims right now and are two years behind on the current claims so my chances of getting out of this spiral of misery and poverty are nonexistent. I'm tired of feeling, and being a drain on my friends. Always needing help financially, physically and mentally. I'm tired of hearing about Veterans programs and organizations that help....only to have to jump through hoops...to find out they don't. They are all scams. There is no hope. It's the reason there are 22 veteran suicides a day. It's the reason the streets are full of homeless veterans. It's one of the reasons for addiction problems with veterans. Truth Bomb by OVD : Personal update

 Hey everyone,   If anyone is even still reading this...My feeling of isolation is getting bad. Really bad. Being cut off from Facebook was bad enough. I haven't heard from a lot of friends from real life for more than a year now. Twitter helped and I made some new friends and was able to connect to a bunch of fellow Veterans. That's gone now too. So now I kind of drift from day to day with little to no contact with the outside world. It's demoralizing to say the least. I'm down right depressed and don't see any future for myself anymore. I've always been a very social person and now I have no way to reach anyone but this and the numbers of people that even read this anymore has dwindled to a couple. Soon I'll probably stop bothering with this either.    My pain levels are through the roof. I got only an hour of sleep last night(and why I'm typing this at 5 am. Pain meds and pot cookies combined didn't help. My left leg is now starting to get as bad ...
