Truth Bomb by OVD : The VA is broken

 Hey Everyone,

  So yesterday I went to the VA(admin not medical) to turn in a new claim as they have lost my last three and took a year each time to tell me, as they were closed on Wednesday. I went up about 8:45 am and the door was locked but lights on. I knocked but no answer. So I waited until 9 am and gave another knock. This time a Plt Sgt type of knock(it would have waken the dead)...still no response or sounds coming from the office. So I left. I called their appointment line which is an answering machine...no resonse so I called again. 3 hours later I got a response. The guy said he was in the office...I told him I knew that was a lie because I had knocked twice. The are not taking appointments and said I'd have to mail my claim. I said if they get it how long would it be for a response. He said double what we used to wait or longer(1 year as stated above so now 2 years or longer). So basically they aren't even doing claims. Leaving millions of us Veterans to suffer. I'm going to see if Swords to Plowshares can help as sometimes Veterans grou[ps have an inside line so to speak. They are calling me Monday so I'll let you all know. Please contact your congress people and Senators and Complain about this. We suffer enough already and now it looks like the government...both parties...salt and sea salt...don't care at all.

 Hey Everyone,   So the war in Ukraine has been bloody but not much has happened the last month in regards to land controlled by either side. The HIMARS are doing serious damage to Russian command and supplies and they only have 4 of them. The Russians said they took them out but that has been proven to be a lie. The only reason Ukraine isn't dominating and taking their land back is the west isn't supplying enough. It's obvious the west IS considering this a Proxy war. That means their goal is to bleed Russia by keeping the war going. This is why the Ukrainians are not getting enough support. I warned of this but now it's clear that it is the case now.    There is talk of giving them 30 HIMARS and F-15's, F-16's, F-18's(Hornets are used by the USMC like the A-10's) and A-10's.  Hey Everyone,   So the front lines haven't moved much but the fighting is fierce along the whole line. It's still winter but spring is around the corner so both sides are gearing up for spring offenses. The newly promised Tanks from the west still haven't arrived and there isn't enough of them to make a difference. The Russians are losing thousands of Troops but their real purpose will be seen soon enough. You have to understand Russian war doctrine to see what the real Russian plan is. So lets talk about that. The Russians throughout history have used the same playbook. They invade or instigate a war thinking they will win fast. Then they lose badly as their forces are poorly trained and corruption ensures they are poorly equipped. They respond just like they are now by conscripting massive amounts of men and plugging the holes and holding the line. Truth Bomb by OVD : Personal update

 Hey everyone,   If anyone is even still reading this...My feeling of isolation is getting bad. Really bad. Being cut off from Facebook was bad enough. I haven't heard from a lot of friends from real life for more than a year now. Twitter helped and I made some new friends and was able to connect to a bunch of fellow Veterans. That's gone now too. So now I kind of drift from day to day with little to no contact with the outside world. It's demoralizing to say the least. I'm down right depressed and don't see any future for myself anymore. I've always been a very social person and now I have no way to reach anyone but this and the numbers of people that even read this anymore has dwindled to a couple. Soon I'll probably stop bothering with this either.    My pain levels are through the roof. I got only an hour of sleep last night(and why I'm typing this at 5 am. Pain meds and pot cookies combined didn't help. My left leg is now starting to get as bad
