Truth Bomb by OVD : Ukraine war update

 Hey Everyone,

  So as stated in my last post this is going to be the slow part of this war. The Russians have made some gains but nothing of note and they lost a lot of troops and equipment doing what little they did. Meanwhile the Ukrainians are getting new weapons systems daily. They already have the 155 mm Howitzers and are getting more self propelled 155's and Medium range(40 miles) rocket launchers soon. The Ukrainian strategy seems to be to grind down the Russians in the middle(the bulk of their army) and counter attack the north and southern parts of the line.  I say seems to be because that's what's happening. At some point they will feel strong enough to push north east of Kharkiv and cut the Russians off...which should end the war except mop up. That could be weeks away, but summer time is the time to do attacks, so I don't expect Ukraine to wait to long. If they can't this war will go another year. 

  Another thing that may disrupt the Russians is their economy collapsing and fires. Just like California Russia tends to catch on fire during the summer, the whole last decade. Russian made it's first default so it's economy, that is already artificially propped up will collapse hard very soon. This is already being felt by Russia's working class. Many educated Russians have fled the country. Leaving an unskilled labor force with no jobs, and conscripting them may cause a open revolt. If the fires are big enough it could cut Russian supply lines too and take up personnel to try to stop the fires. 

  On the NATO front Sweden and Finland have filed to become NATO members but Turkey is trying to block them. Sweden and Finland alone could take on Russia. So this is a bad and stupid move. Now Turkey is doing genocide on the Kurds(also our allies) and screwing with Greece again. Now would be the time to kick them out and when they attack Greece take them off the board for good. We'll see how apt our politicians are...don't hold your breath. 

  And finally lets talk about the for sure "Man of the Year" President Zelensky. Not only is he keeping his country afloat and fighting well against Russia. He's kept Ukrainian moral at a high level. This is key to winning any war. He will go down as the Churchill of this time period. A Hero of Western Democracy. The Russians have tried to assassinate him many times already because of this. He is even visiting troops on the front lines...name another world leader that has done that...I'll wait...oh yeah...none. Yet there are Republican Senators and congress people that call him a thug and other nasty names and vote against giving Ukraine aid. These are all Russian agents and the FBI should arrest them immediately...but this is America where treason apparently isn't a crime.
